Meet Amanda Bosley
Amanda Bosley is the Founder of Aligned Recovery Solutions and a behavioral health professional working within substance use treatment settings since 2019. Throughout her career, Amanda has worked alongside Clinical teams, Peer Supporters, and individuals in recovery, gaining firsthand insight into both the strengths and challenges of integrating Peer Support within treatment organizations.
As a certified Peer Support professional and graduate of the Ohio Peer Leadership Cohort, Amanda is passionate about advancing recovery-oriented systems of care and strengthening the role of Peer Support within behavioral health services. Her work is rooted in the belief that organizations achieve the greatest impact when Peer Supporters and Clinical professionals collaborate effectively, communicate openly, and work toward shared recovery goals.
Drawing from both professional experience and lived understanding of recovery, Amanda developed the Peer Support Integration Program to address common barriers such as role confusion, communication breakdowns, staff splitting, and workforce burnout. Through training, consultation, and implementation support, she helps organizations move beyond simply having Peer Support services and toward integrating them effectively within multidisciplinary treatment teams.
